About

Built by a golf cart rental operator

ScheduleFleet started as the system behind GolfCart.Fun, a golf cart rental company that delivers carts across Isle of Palms, Sullivan's Island, Mt. Pleasant, Seabrook Island and Edisto Beach, SC.

Booking tools take the reservation. They don't route trailers, chase waivers, flag late pickups or show where every cart is — so we built the system we needed to run our own fleet. It runs GolfCart.Fun every day, and now other operators can run on it too.

What we believe

Built for the work after the booking

Routing, drop-offs, pickups, waivers and carts: the parts that eat an operator's day.

Our fleet runs on it first

Every feature runs GolfCart.Fun's carts before anyone else gets it.

Make drivers' days easy

Drivers get their stops on their phone, and we build so they rarely need to call the office.

Simple beats clever

Fewer settings, fewer surprises.

Who's behind it

ScheduleFleet is built by the owners of GolfCart.Fun, a golf cart rental company in Charleston, SC.
